How does it work?
Edupath works by guiding each user through a structured 15-question assessment designed to uncover both personality traits and academic interests. These questions are divided into two key areas: one set helps a neural network model evaluate the user’s personality based on the Big Five psychological theory including traits like openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism while the other focuses on identifying the candidate’s core interests.
Using this input, the system calculates a personalized profile that maps both personality and interest across five major domains: computing and technology, psychology, engineering, arts and design, and finance. Edupath then analyzes this combined profile to recommend the five most suitable courses from a database of over 120 options. These recommendations are not only tailored to the individual but are also ranked according to current market demand, which is continuously updated on a yearly basis to ensure relevance and future career alignment.
